Refund Policy
We want you to love your Amber Sheen purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. When You Can Request a Refund or Exchange
You can request a refund or exchange only if the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Contact our team and share clear pictures or videos showing the issue.
Once your request is approved, you’ll need to send the product back to Amber Sheen.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll either send a replacement or issue your refund.
3. Courier Charges
We will cover up to Rs. 200 for courier costs.
Please send us the courier slip as proof — without it, courier reimbursement will not be processed.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 7 working days after we receive the returned product.
5. Important Note
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for personal preferences, such as disliking the fragrance, color, or texture of the product.
